The Carlisle PC140N03 Cateraide polyethylene Nylex single pan carrier is black, loads from the top, and is suitable for transporting food to a catered event and maintaining the food’s temperature. The carrier can hold one full-size food pan, two half-size pans, or three third-size pans up to 4″ high (food pans sold separately). The carrier is made of polyethylene for durability and can resist temperatures up to 200 degrees F. Polyurethane foam insulation helps maintain the food’s temperature for up to 6 hours. The carrier contains an automatic venting system for cleanliness. The carrier’s lip can be used for lifting and carrying. Two or more carriers can be stacked for storage and transport. The carrier measures 24.87 x 16.37 x 7.75 inches overall (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) It has a capacity of 12 quarts. The base measures 21.50 x 13.50 inches (L x W). The interior measures 20.50 x 12.00 x 4.00 inches (L x W x H).
